Quality Policy

At ALBA ROSE, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality in every aspect of our work. Our comprehensive Quality Policy ensures that our services, workmanship, and materials consistently meet or exceed contractual requirements and deliver value to our clients. We continuously review and develop our Quality System to improve our performance and meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.

Quality Assurance

Purpose: To ensure that all quality requirements specified for products manufactured by ALBA ROSE Aluminum & Glass are in accordance with project drawings and specifications.

Definition: We operate a complete quality model controlled and administrated by our QA/QC Officer. This ensures that we maintain the specified product quality levels. The QA/QC Officer coordinates with the Main Contractor (M.C.)/Consultant to provide the following assurances:

  • Controlling and verifying the design procedures to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Ensuring that supplied products and installation procedures comply with project requirements.
  • Applying standards consistent with international norms.
  • Carrying out production methods and inspection procedures in accordance with recognized standards.
  • Using measuring equipment to verify job specifications and requirements.

Design Control

Purpose: To establish and maintain procedures for controlling and verifying the design of curtain walls and structural elements, ensuring customer specified requirements are met.

Definition: We employ the following design control procedures to ensure proper and efficient design production:

Drawing and Specification Control

Purpose: To ensure all products produced adhere to project drawings, specifications, and applicable international standards.

Definition: Our drawing and specification control process includes:

  • Date stamping project drawings and specifications upon arrival.
  • Retaining drawings and specifications in the drawings office under the Chief Designer’s supervision.
  • Notifying the QA/QC when changes occur, resulting in withdrawal of previous issue numbers.
  • Verifying all project drawings and specifications for compatibility with production and inspection.

Supplier Control

Purpose: To ensure that all material and service suppliers conform to recognized standards and project specifications. 

Definition: We maintain a list of approved suppliers for both materials and services, recording their past performance. Our QA/QC engineer assesses suppliers and reports any non-conformances to the supplier’s quality assurance representative for corrective action.

Purchasing Control

Purpose: To ensure that all purchase orders contain sufficient information to clearly describe the material or service ordered.

Definition: Our purchasing control process includes:

  • Placing orders with approved suppliers from the list.
  • Ensuring orders specify stated specifications and relevant technical data.
  • Referencing relevant international standards or other necessary standards.

Verification of Purchased Products

Purpose: To examine material or products received from subcontractors or suppliers and ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Definition: We inspect all material and products upon receipt to verify their quality. Our inspection process ensures adherence to specifications and project requirements. 

Material Receipt and Control

Purpose: To establish a reliable and efficient system for controlling all incoming materials in accordance with recognized standards.

Definition: Our material receipt and control process includes:

  • Identifying and tracking all material supplies upon arrival.
  • Conducting appropriate inspections against purchase orders and accompanying documentation.
  • Segregating non-conforming material for return to the supplier.
  • Prioritizing material release for urgent processing, clearly identifying uninspected items for later inspection.

Process Control

Purpose: To ensure that products are manufactured and inspected according to project specifications and recognized standards.

Definition: Our process control includes:

  • Producing fabrication drawings with detailed information for fabricating components to customer requirements.
  • Carrying out inspections at specific points during production to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Recording inspections and obtaining approvals when necessary.
  • Conducting regular audits to maintain conformity to recognized standards.

Inspection Control

Purpose: To ensure that all fabricated and fixed components comply with customer drawings, specifications, and recognized standards.

Definition: Our inspection control procedures involve:

  • Carrying out inspections in line with our quality policy.
  • Seeking specific authorization from the customer for any departure from drawings or specifications.
  • Maintaining documented evidence of design, manufacturing, erection, and quality control.
  • Maintaining evidence of effective quality assurance through regular performance audits.
  • Promoting quality assurance at all stages of design, manufacturing, and erection.
  • Identifying conformance to specifications through approved signatories.
  • Referring any non-conformances to the QA/QC Engineer for appropriate action.
